ABOUT EAR RESEARCH

We endeavor to conduct research in the communities in which we operate and others across the world.  The intention of this research is to get a perspective on community needs and desires in regards to housing, urban planning and the environment.  Our approach is guided by the idea that real estate companies can have a more vested interest in development that includes a more holistic approach.  The bottom line should be one factor governing decisions made in regards to housing, urban development and the environment.

At the moment, EAR Properties is conducting its "What do you think?" survey campaign in Bushwick and Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The surveys are comprised of two parts. The first survey questions the impact of the current financial crisis and recession on the citizens of Bushwick and Williamsburg. The second survey seeks to gain an understanding of the citizens' eco-friendly awareness.

We believe that the research conducted by EAR Properties will be beneficial to investors, developers, financial institutions, non-profit organizations, businesses, inventors, government agencies, academics, students, and community members.
