REO Asset Management (RAM)
We currently provide REO and Pre-REO coverage for the New York City, Westchester County and Long Island, NY. Our project managers dedicate themselves to protecting and improving assets to minimize physical depreciation that will reduce the value of your property. EAR Properties handles all aspects of REO Asset Management field. These include: monthly asset reports, cash flow reports, property maintenance, rent collections, tenant evictions and building registration. 

At the moment, we are managing a portfolio of assets across the five boroughs and Westchester County. These assets are owned by financial institutions such as: Deutsche Bank, Lasalle Bank, HSBC Bank USA, Ocwen REO, and U.S. Bank.  

Broker Price Opinion (BPO)
EAR Properties offer a complete selection of interior and exterior BPO services. Our BPO reports are completed by EAR Properties' Asset Mangers who have received extensive BPO training. Our BPO reports include interior and/or exterior reports which are analyzed against comparable neighborhood sales as a way to provide the most probable value for your asset.

Property Security
Security is a top priority at EAR Properties. We guarantee that all entrance points such as doors and windows are secure in order to reduce and prevent the breaking and entering by trespassers. The Securing process entails:

-re-keying the main entrance door and securing a lock box
-securing all other doors and all windows
-if need be, the boarding of all doors and windows

Personal Property Remediation / Property Cleaning
EAR Properties' remediation services are performed to enhance your property for sales or rentals. Examples of building cleaning services performed  include: the proper discarding of all personal items of the previous occupant(s); duct cleaning; removal of mold from walls, ceilings, and floors as well as carpet cleaning.
